David (Dave) Jenkins graduated from the
University of Minnesota in 1984 with a Bachelor
of Arts degree.  He went to work in the financial
services industry specializing in customer service,
real estate and equipment leasing transactions.  
He is a highly skilled project manager recognized
for excellent project administration, detail
orientation, time management, and coordination
of all parties.  He has also worked as a Dale
Carnegie instructor.  

Dave began his appraisal career in the summer of 2002, with All Area Appraisals.  In the spring
of 2003, he joined Kungel Appraisals, LLC as a Staff Appraiser. Then in the fall of 2004 he
founded Guardian Appraisals & Inspections, LLC. In addition to his appraisal career he is a
certified residential building inspector.

Dave has been a resident of the Twin Cities for over 47 years.  He and his wife, Lori have been
married for 24 years and have one child, Rachel age 12.  Dave enjoys outdoor activities, traveling
and restoring classic cars.
